Responsibilities:

  • Search and select IT specialists

  • Organize adaptation of people in the team

  • ОOrganize team training

  • Generate vacancies pages

  • Organize job previews for target personnel

  • Work with the flow and testing employees

  • Work with employee retention

  • Develop new sources of recruitment

  • Calculate employee salaries

  • Develop a system of motivation for the team, monitor emotional burnout of employees

  • Develop Individual Professional Development and Career Plans for employees

  • Share the company's mission and values

  • Prepare proposals for the allocation of the company's budget for HR issues

Requirements:

  • Strictly existing experience in hiring it-personnel

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Ability to write "selling" jobs
